Manger-less Swansea City are set to interview former England head coach Glenn Hoddle this week regarding the vacant managerial role at the Liberty stadium, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.

The South Wales club surprised many by deciding to part company with boss Michael Laudrup at the start of the week, despite the hugely popular Dane having guided the Swans to their first ever piece of silverware after beating Bradford City in last season’s Carling Cup final at Wembley Stadium.

And now Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins will speak to the ex-Tottenham Hotspur coach as he continues his search for a long-term replacement for Laudrup in the Principality.
