Manchester United manager David Moyes took to his Friday press conference to explain why veteran defender Nemanja Vidic was allowed to leave the club for Inter Milan.
The former skipper is expected to join Italian giants Inter Milan at the end of the season and at 32, Moyes believes his best days are behind him.
Moyes did go on to say that it was a mutual decision between the two and that the defender will continue to play a key part in the squad until the end of the campaign.
