Stamford Bridge side set to sell star player in cut price deal.
Chelsea are ready to accept as little as £22m from any prospective suitors chasing Brazilian international David Luiz according to Sports Direct News.

This comes as something of a surprise as the 26 year old defender, who is perhaps more comfortable in a defensive midfield role, has been more of a regular in Jose Mourinho’s plan of late than he was earlier in the campaign.
Barcelona has offers of around £30m rejected in the past and are sure to make a fresh move given the drop in the former Benfica man’s valuation.
Luiz is very much a fan favourite and whilst he has been prone to lapses of concentrations and errors of judgement he did play a key role in Chelsea’s Champions League and Europa League triumphs over the past two seasons.
Thus far this season Luiz has started 13 of Chelsea’s 26 Premier League fixtures and with the arrival of young defender Kurt Zouma, who was brought in from Saint-Etienne last month and then loaned straight back to the Ligue 1 side, and the signing of Nemanja Matic severely limiting his chances in the two roles he can fill it may well prove tempting to consider a move to the Nou Camp.
Barcelona boss Gerardo Martino has few central defensive options and the La Liga side may see Luiz as a long term replacement for veteran Carles Puyol.
