Sunderland take on Southampton in this FA Cup clash with Guy Poyet looking for his relegation threatened side to continue their fine run of form in cup competitions.
The Black Cats boss has guided his Stadium of Light side to the Capital One Cup final and a good result against the Saints will help further boost his side’s morale as they seek to steer clear of the drop zone.
Poyet will be without suspended defender Wes Brown as well as Steven Fletcher, defender Carlos Cuellar and goalkeeper Keiren Westwood who are all out injured.
Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino is without Dejan Lovren and Gaston Ramirez but is otherwise free to select from his over achieving squad.
