Borussia Dortmund are reportedly lining up a summer move for Chelsea attacker Andre Schurrle according to Sports Direct News.

Westfalenstadion boss Jurgen Klopp has earmarked a move for the 23 year old German international as he looks to strengthen his attack in the knowledge that he is set to lose top-scorer Robert Lewandowski to Bayern Munich in the summer.

Schurrle proved a massive success in the Bundesliga over the past few seasons, displaying form that earned him a move to Stamford Bridge, though the former Bayer Leverkusen has struggled to make an impact in his debut season in the English top tier.

Jose Mourinho may well consider offers for Schurrle if he feels that the youngster is not a key part of his long term plans.

The rangy forward, who can play out wide or up front, has started just seven Premier League fixtures and his tally of three goals and zero assists from 25 appearances in all competitions is not the type of form that is likely to have the Blues boss itching to retain Schurrle’s services.
