Goodison Park side target Old Trafford wide-man.

Everton will look to lure Man United winger Nani to Goodison Park this summer according to Sports Direct News.

Toffees boss Roberto Martinez is keen to bring in the 27 year old Old Trafford wide-man, who is now a bit-part player at Man United, and hopes to do so at a cut-price fashion, which seems a tad hopeful given the Portuguese international is tied down to a long term contract.

Nani may be one of many set for a Man United exit with David Moyes surely likely to conduct something of a squad re-shuffle after what has already proven a disastrous season.

Martinez has impressed since taking over at Everton and will be looking to strengthen his attack but one wonders if Nani would consider a move to the Merseyside club when it’s likely that a number of Europe’s ‘Elite’ may well be taking an interest in acquiring his services.

Nani moved to Man United back in June 2007 and though he initially struggled to emerge from Cristiano Ronaldo’s shadow he has at times been a pivotal performer though in recent seasons has struggled with form and fitness.
