The France international is out of contract with the club at the end of the season and has apparently already received a number of big money offers from clubs across Europe.

Sagna has been offered deals worth £20m plus by the likes of Monaco and Galatasaray, according to reports in both England end continental Europe, which will put £100,000 into his bank account on a weekly basis.

Manchester City, Chelsea and Real Madrid are all said to be monitoring developments too, but the 31-year-old, who signed on from Auxerre in 2007, has intimated that he would ideally like to stay put and finish his career as a Gunner.

He also feels that he is owed a testimonial as he believes the loyalty he has shown the club and Arsene Wenger are both worthy of rewarding, highlighting his commitment to the cause when others have walked away in the past thanks to the lack of trophies the club have brought home in recent years.

But Wenger is looking to only offer him around £60,000 per week, and though he cuts a popular figure at the club Arsenal are unlikely to bow to his wishes anytime soon.
