Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is apparently ready to raid his former club Real Madrid as he seeks to bring in a potential replacement for Brazilian Oscar who according to Football Direct News could be heading for PSG.

Argentine international Di Maria has been a less effective performer this term than in previous seasons and the arrival last summer of Gareth Bale and Isco was always going to have a negative affect on the winger’s first team chances.

The former Benfica man may therefore be considering his options and if feels that under Carlo Ancelotti he is unwanted at the Bernabeu then a move to Stamford Bridge may tempt the 26 year old.

This all of course presupposes that Mourinho would consider for one second the loss of Oscar, a player who has been hugely important to the West London side since arriving in the summer of 2012.

The 22 year old midfielder has already racked up 102 appearances for the Blues, a testament to just how crucial he is to the club, and one wonders why the midfield maestro would consider leaving a Chelsea side that is sitting top of the Premier League and looking likely to secure their spot in the Champions League quarter-finals.
