Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena wasn’t enough to see the Gunners progress at the expense of the German side on aggregate, but there were some encouraging performances.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was the brightest of sparks for the north London side, and a solo run in the first half was his high point.
The England international – the only man of his nationality on the pitch – was positive whenever he received the ball, and the below video shows the 20 year-old receiving the ball in his own half and beating five men before being fouled in a dangerous position.
