Man United boss David Moyes have confirmed that he is preparing to make significant moves in the summer transfer market and will look to do so before the start of the 2014 World Cup finals according to the club’s official website.

With the World Cup set to kick-off on 12th of June Moyes will be ready to add to his squad early in the window, stating;

“We can’t do an awful lot until the end of the season but we will prepare as much as possible. You don’t always get all your ducks in a row but we will try to get as many of them as we can.

“I know it has been difficult for a lot of people to accept and understand what is going on but we will make changes. We have said that now and everyone is well aware of it.”

Moyes brought in Marouane Fellaini last summer and signed Juan Mata in January but his Man United side still languish in sixth place in the Premier League table, some nine points behind fourth placed Man City, who have two games in hand over their local rivals.
