Everton academy coach Kevin Sheedy has lambasted Manchester United manager following the Premier League champions’ 3-0 loss to arch-rivals Liverpool in the Premier League at Old Trafford on Sunday lunch time, according to reports on BBC Sport Online.

The Red Devils were completely outplayed by the Merseyside giants at the Theatre of Dreams in a damaging defeat that has left Moyes’s team a whopping 12 points behind city-rivals Manchester City in the fourth and final qualifying berth for next season’s Uefa Champions League.

And the former Everton and Republic of Ireland international was highly critical of the ex-Everton boss after Sunday’s loss to the Reds. with Sheedy tweeting: “All of you out there, Moyes was never interested in our youth team or players.”

Meanwhile, the one-time wide man also questioned the Scot’s tactics by writing: “Punt the ball up to [Marouane] Fellaini – great viewing.”

And in a final dig at Moyes, who spent 11 highly successful years in charge at Goodison before taking over at the Theatre of Dreams last summer, Sheedy also took time to praise Moyes’s replacement on Merseyside, Roberto Martinez: “We now have a manager who wants to win games.”
