The highly rated Colombia international has been attracting interest from a whole host of big-name clubs from across the Continent of late after producing an impressive campaign in front of goal for the Serie A outfit.

In fact, it is understood that the likes of La Liga champions FC Barcelona, as well as the big-spending Premier League duo of Chelsea and Manchester City, are all also interested in signing the striker this summer.

And with reports now emerging out of Italy claiming that the 22-year-old is determined to quit the Southern Italian side come the end of the season and move to the Premier League, Liverpool head coach Brendan Rodgers is said to be keen to now beat his rivals to the South American’s coveted signature.

In fact, the Northern Irishman is believed to even want to tie up a deal for the player before this summer’s Fifa World Cup kicks off in Brazil in June in case Muriel catches the eye in the tournament.
