Man City are readying a massive money move for Liverpool star Luis Suarez according to the Metro.
Etihad Stadium boss Manuel Pellegrini has made the 27 year old Uruguayan his number one transfer target with an offer of £70m hinted at by this source.
Suarez is having an outstanding season this term and with Brendan Rodgers looking likely to secure a top four finish, and perhaps even a Premier League title, it seems highly unlikely the former Ajax man would be contemplating leaving the Merseyside club.
Luis Suarez only recently signed a new long term Liverpool contract that has made him the highest paid player in the club’s history so a move to Man City doesn’t make a great deal of sense.
Luis Suarez has scored 25 Premier League goals this season and is also the English top tier’s joint leading assist maker.
