A young fan stole the limelight during River Plate’s 2-0 victory over Lanus this weekend after he made his way onto the pitch to tease the hapless stewards.
Towards the end of the second half, with the game already won, the pint sized pitch invade took to the field much to the delight of the home support.
The youngster clearly loved being in the spotlight as he waved his arms to urge to crowd into making more noise. He then ran at the stewards and used his pace to evade them, which both the crowd and the commentators found hilarious.
He then gave himself up after a good minute to be taken off by police officers.
