Mexican game makes headlines for all the wrong reasons.

The Guadalajara derby between Chivas and Atlas ended in terrible violent scenes on Sunday as Chivas fans pounced on three policemen in the stands.

The guards were beaten mercilessly by the fans, who had fashioned their own weapons and batons and the footage is incredibly brutal.

No word has been passed on whether the attacked law enforcers are ok, but if they are they can count themselves as lucky to have escaped this brutal showing.
