The agent of unsettled Arsenal front man Olivier Giroud has confirmed that his client intends to remain with the north London club next season after all, despite interest in the Frenchman from two Serie A giants, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.

The in-form France international’s future at the Emirates has been in doubt for some time now due to off-pitch issues in the player’s personal life, which it being reported that Giroud would be moving to either Serie A champions Juventus or Roma next season.
However, the 27-year-old will still be an Arsenal players this time next year according to the striker’s Montpellier-based agent Michael Manuello, who told Calciomercato: “The rumours about Olivier [Giroud] are not surprising given that he is having a great season.
“I read that we are talking about an interest from Juventus and Roma, but the truth is that there has been no contact with these clubs or with other ones.
“The Bianconeri looked at him, it is true, but before he moved to Arsenal.
“He’s having a great time in London and the club is pleased with his performance. I see no possibility that it will change.
“At the end of the season we will meet with the Gunners leadership to discuss a contract extension.”
