In-form Liverpool front man Luis Suarez has been preparing for Wednesday night’s hugely important fixture with struggling Sunderland at Anfield in the Premier League by relaxing at home in bed with his family.

The brilliant Uruguay international is currently the top scorer in the Premier League having found the back of the net on 28 occasions in just 25 league outings for the Reds.
And the attacker is in such red-hot form in front of goal at the moment that Black Cats head coach Gus Poyet even joked about his compatriot: “‘I hope he is ill. Without him they would be mid-table. He should be the player everybody should vote player of the season.”
Suarez meanwhile tweeted the picture of himself, his wife and their two young daughters with this message: “Good morning everyone! What better than waking up with the most important people in my life… I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!”
