Check in to Manchester United vs Bayern Munich

Man United are reportedly considering candidates to replace David Moyes as Old Trafford boss according to Goal.com.

Though his Man United side secured a come-back win over Aston Villa today there still remains a great deal of speculation as to the Scot’s future at the club, who are unlikely to secure a top four finish this season.

Recent 3-0 home defeats to Liverpool and Man City may well have been seen as a last straw for many of the club’s supporters and the Glazers are reportedly concerned about the long term damage Moyes may be doing to Man United’s reputation.

Man United have suffered ten Premier League defeats this season, a club record, and Moyes’s future may well be called into further doubt if they are hammered by all conquering Bayern Munich, who meet in the Champions League quarter-finals.

Senior players are said to be unhappy with life under Moyes, claiming that the former Everton manager’s lack of tactical awareness and his man-management approach have been key reasons for Man United’s decline, a decline that has seen a side who the Premier League title last season fall so far off the pace, and down into seventh place in the table.
