Baggies are still in danger of being relegated.

Young West Bromwich Albion front man Saido Berahino has ruled out the possibility of suing team-mate James Morrison over the pair’s alleged punch-up in the Baggies dressing-room on the weekend, according to reports in the Sun.

The West Brom midfielder is supposed to have set upon Berahino in the immediate aftermath of the west Midlands outfit’s remarkable 3-3 draw with fellow strugglers Cardiff City at the Hawthorns on Saturday afternoon, with the pair having to be separated by colleagues, although the England Under-21 international was still left with a nasty head wound.

Scotland international Morrison is said to have been furious with the 20-year-old for having given the ball away in the moments leading up to the visitors’ crucial last-gasp equaliser that keeps both sides still in danger of being relegated to the Championship come the end of the campaign.

And as a result of those two costly dropped points, Pepe Mel’s side remain just three points ahead of the Bluebirds in the drop zone, albeit having played one game fewer than the south-Wales side, as we approach the final stretch of the season.
