Hull City have been boosted by the news that influential midfielder Tom Huddlestone in time for their FA Cup semi-final encounter with League One side Sheffield United.
Huddlestone had missed last week’s Premier League clash with Swansea City as a precautionary measure, but manager Steve Bruce has confirmed that he will be fit to return.
Hull have no other injury concerns to contend with.
Sheffield United will be without striker Billy Paynter, who is cup-tied.
But boss Nigel Clough hopes striker Chris Porter and defender Terry Kennedy will be available to return after picking up minor knocks.
Hull City and Sheffield United have been drawn together on two previous occasions, with the Blades progressing after a replay in 1983 and the Tigers going through after a replay in 2009.
