Brazilian defender set for shock exit.

A host of top clubs from around Europe has been put on red alert after Paris Saint Germain defender Thiago Silva admitted that he wants to leave the club this summer, according to Football Direct News.

Reports close to the club have suggested that the 29-year-old has fallen out with coach Laurent Blanc following their Champions League quarter final exit to Premier League giants Chelsea last week.

The Brazilian is widely considered as the best centre-back in world football following impressive spells at AC Milan and PSG and any exit talk is certain to make top clubs around Europe eager to add the player to their squad.

Silva is said to be unhappy with the management of the club following the defeat, and wants to move to a club that will have a better shot of earning some silverware in Europe’s most elite club competition.

The Brazilian international still have four years left to run on his current deal, but he surely wouldn’t be short of an offer or two from clubs with enough money to prize him away should the rumours of a fall out prove to be accurate.
