Chelsea are ready to consider selling star attacker Eden Hazard to Real Madrid but only if the Bernabeu side offer them Welsh international Gareth Bale in return according to Football Direct News.

The world record signing has scored 19 goals and provided 15 assists in all competitions in his debut campaign in the Spanish capital.
