The one-time England international was pictured holding up a mock trophy in the warm up just ahead of kick-off in north London in reference to the fact that the Gunners have still not got their hands on any silverware since they beat Manchester United to win the 2005 FA Cup final.
And the veteran playmaker responded to a series of jibes that came his way from the home fans by holding a mock trophy above his head, a move that did not go down well at the Emirates!
