The Brazilian has admitted to discussing the possibility of a move to the Parc des Princes with fellow countrymen Thiago Silva and Lucas Moura but insists he is happy at Stamford Bridge.

On the subject of a move to the French capital Oscar stated;

“I’m flattered PSG are thinking about me, but I’m happy at Chelsea. Paris are a big club, but I’m happy here,”

“Lucas, Thiago Silva and I spoke about it a little bit when we met in the Champions League, but there is nothing certain. Because of the transfer fee, they know it will difficult for me to leave.”

Such statements will not go down well with boss Jose Mourinho and Blues fans may well be fearful of a possible exit of the 22 year old who also stated that ‘there is nothing certain’ about his future.

The fact that the playmaker would make a point of referencing his transfer fee is perhaps telling, it’s almost an admission on behalf of Oscar that this is the one obstacle to his potential move to PSG.

Oscar has been a key performer at Chelsea since his £19m move to west London back in July 2012 but has already made 110 appearances for the Premier League side.

The fact that Mourinho allowed Juan Mata to move to Man United in January makes the possibility of selling another first choice flair player less than likely, unless of course Oscar were to put in an official transfer request.
