Blues skipper once again suffers European Cup agony.
Chelsea captain John Terry was once again reduced to tears in the Uefa Champions League following the west London club’s elimination from Europe’s premier club competition at the hands of La Liga leaders Atletico Madrid at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.

The experienced centre back could not hold back the tears at the full-time whistle which confirmed Atleti’s 3-1 win in the second leg of their semi-final clash, with Diego Simeone’s men now going to Lisbon next month to take on city rivals Real Madrid in the final.
And for Terry, it was yet more heartbreak in the competition following his missed spot kick against Manchester United in the final in Moscow in 2008 and then his suspension from the final two years ago.
