Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho will step up his chase for PSG pair Edinson Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi and is ready to offer Brazilian David Luiz and attacker Eden Hazard in exchange for the Parc des Princes duo.
CaughtOffside understands that Mourinho is keen to conduct a major overhaul of his faltering Blues attack and is set to sacrifice two players he feels he can afford to lose in order to secure the Ligue 1 stars.

David Luiz has been something of a bit-part player at Chelsea this season, starting just 15 Premier League fixtures this term, and the 26 year old fan favourite is said to be open to a move to join PSG, where he would act as a replacement for exit bound centre-back Alex.
Mourinho knows he has a fight on his hands to keep hold of 23 year old Belgian Hazard, following statements made by the former Lille man that suggest his interest in moving to the French capital side, and his criticism of the tactics employed by the Chelsea manager have left his future at the west London club hanging in the balance.
Hazard has been Chelsea’s most effective attacking weapon this term being both the club’s top scorer and leading assist maker, but Mourinho feels that the capture of Lavezzi and Cavani would better suit the overall prospects of his side’s push for major honours next season.
Mourinho is desperate to secure the signing of a proven goal-scorer to lead his Chelsea attack and with advances continuing for Atletico Madrid’s Diego Costa the Portuguese boss wants to bring in Cavani, who is said to be unsettled as PSG, to form part of a three pronged attack that would also see Lavezzi playing a pivotal role.
Cavani and Lavezzi worked to great effect during their shared time at Napoli and Mourinho is confident he can lure the £75m rated pair to the Premier League.
In order to clear the way for fresh striking options Mourinho will make Demba Ba, Fernando Torres and Romelu Lukaku available for sale whilst Samuel Eto’o will not be offered a new contract when his current contract expires this summer.
