Stamford Bridge side ready to sacrifice Belgian in pursuit of Uruguayan marksman.
French source L’Equipe claim Chelsea and PSG are in talks to swap star performers this summer.
Chelsea’s pursuit of PSG striker Edinson Cavani has been ongoing for some months and now it’s believed that Jose Mourinho is ready to sacrifice Belgian playmaker Eden Hazard in an exchange deal that may just tempt Parc des Princes boss Laurent Blanc.

Hazard may well have angered Mourinho with comments he made about Chelsea’s tactical approach following the west London club’s Champions League exit earlier in the week and as a result felt he could afford to use the 23 year old as bait.
Whilst the former Lille man is Chelsea’s most effective attacking weapon Mourinho’s need for a prolific forward may well lead to Hazard being a player worth using to secure Cavani.
Chelsea have a host of creative midfield talents with Mourinho able to call upon Oscar, Willian and Mohamed Salah with loaned out Brazilian Lucas Piazon set to make an impact in the first team.
Cavani is said to be unsettled at PSG but has still scored 25 goals in all competitions.
PSG paid £53m for Cavani last summer prior to which the 27 year old had bagged 104 goals in three seasons at Napoli.
