Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller has distanced himself from speculation linking him with a summer move to Premier League giants Manchester United, according to the Metro.

There Germany international has seen himself fall out of favour under coach Pep Guardiola this season, leading reporters to link him with making a move away from the club during the summer transfer window.
Speculation tying him with a move to Manchester United in the coming weeks has intensified lately, but the 24-year-old has admitted that he is not looking to quit his boyhood club anytime soon.
“I didn’t make these rumours up myself, so I don’t particularly want to comment on them too much, but I’m definitely not about to jump ship at Bayern,” Muller said.
“That said, I can’t make any guarantees [that I’ll stay at the club] for all time.”
United have been linked with a number of top players this summer, as Dutch tactician Louis Van Gaal looks set to take over once the World Cup is over. He has apparently drawn up an extensive shopping list to bring with him and Muller was one of the names that he had been taking special interest in.
