Nou Camp side chase Etihad Stadium pair.
Barcelona have set their sights on Man City pair Sergio Aguero and Vincent Kompany as part of a ‘dream’ Etihad Stadium swoop according to Football Direct News.
Now that the Catalan giants have seen their transfer ban suspended they will be keen to re-shuffle their squad after a fairly average campaign that is likely to see the Nou Camp side end the season without any silverware.

The La Liga side are currently very short of central defensive options and the imminent departure of Carles Puyol will further exacerbate this issue and as such a move for rock solid Belgian Kompany makes a great deal of sense.
One imagines Lionel Messi would very much like to be joined in the Barcelona attack by his close friend, and national team colleague, Aguero though with no financial imperative to do so one imagines Man City would demand a massive sum for the 25 year old striker.
Since moving to the Etihad Stadium Aguero has been a massive hit, scoring 74 goals in 120 appearances, and having only recently signed a new contract extension it would appear that the former Atletico Madrid man is happy where he is.
