Bundesliga giants to make hopeful move for Old Trafford duo.
Bayern Munich will look to lure Man United pair Robin Van Persie and Adnan Januzaj at the Allianz Arena as Pep Guardiola seeks to re-shuffle his squad according to Football Direct News.
The former Barcelona boss is likely to offload Mario Mandzukic and Mario Gotze and sees the Old Trafford duo as the ideal replacements though one wonders if Man United would be likely to consider offers for two of their most high-profile performers.
Croatian forward Mandzukic is no doubt concerned about his first team chances next term with Robert Lewandowski set to join the club this summer whilst German starlet Gotze has recently spoken out over his limited role in Guardiola’s starting eleven.
Striker Van Persie had been strongly linked with a possible Old Trafford exit a few months ago but since David Moyes was axed there seems less likelihood that the former Arsenal man would look to leave, not least as his national team coach Louis van Gaal seems set to take over as Man United manager.
Januzaj has only recently signed a long term deal and as such is another player who is unlikely to leave the Premier League side at the end of the current campaign.
The 20 year old forward has continued to impress when called upon and next season could be a key one for the attacker as he seeks to become a first team regular.
