Both Premier League giants want to land the attacking starlet this summer.
Chelsea have become the latest club to express an interest in highly rated MK Dons midfield starlet Dele Alli, according to reports in the Daily Express.

The former England Under-17 international is fast developing a huge reputation die to his brilliant exploits for the League One outfit, with Dele Alli even now known as the next Steven Gerrard due to his likeness to the current Liverpool and England captain.
And the Merseyside giants, as well as Arsenal, are also both known to be keen on signing Dele Alli as well when the summer transfer window reopens for business, although they will now have to face stiff competition for the player’s signature from the west London club too.
Dele Alli, 18, managed to record an impressive seven goals and four assists in total in his 37 matches in all competitions last season, including six strikes and three assists in his 33 league contests for the Dons.
And now as a result it looks like there will be as three-way battle to land Dele Alli, whose current contract in Milton Keynes runs until June 2016.
