Old Trafford forward ready to make San Siro switch.

Check in to Mexico vs Cameroon

Man United striker Javier Hernandez is set to complete a long awaited Old Trafford exit as he prepares to join Nemanja Vidic at Inter Milan according to Football Direct News.

The 25 year old Mexican has struggled to retain a foothold in the Man United starting eleven ever since moving to the Premier League club in 2010 but his chances became even more limited under David Moyes and Chicharito now looks set to move to the San Siro.

Hernandez made just four top tier starts last season having fallen behind Robin Van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck in the Man United pecking order and it seems likely that life will not be any better under incoming boss Louis van Gaal.

A move to Inter Milan may well be best for all concerned and Hernandez will certainly find it easier to make his mark at the Serie A side with the Man United man arguably being a more complete package than the likes of Mauro Icardi and Rodrigo Palacio who are currently the main attacking threats in Walter Mazzarri’s Nerazzurri squad.

Hernandez has scored 59 goals in 152 appearances for Man United, of which a massive 69 were from the bench.
