Real Madrid star Angel Di Maria has hinted at a possible exit from the Santiago Bernabeu this summer and is aware that English giants Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United are all interested in his services, reports the Daily Star.
The Argentine international is rumoured to be unsettled at Real Madrid and some reports had suggested that he is willing to move away from the club this summer, despite enjoying a successful season with the Los Blancos.
The 26-year old seemed to suggest that he was not feeling the love at Real Madrid when he said, “I am not going to lie, I know that there are clubs that want to sign me and can match Real Madrid’s demands.
“But that’s up to my representatives and the club. I will stay if the club wants me to stay. I am not thinking about my future now. We will see what Madrid have in mind, whether they want me to stay or leave. But sometimes you don’t have a choice, even when you want to stay yourself.”
Di Maria’s riddled comments are sure to attract plenty more attention from potential suitors, who are also believed to be ready to pay up to £35m for his signature. North Londoners Arsenal were in fact rumoured to have offered that amount to Real, and while there could be an intense bidding war ensuing among English sides for the speedy winger’s signature, one cannot be sure yet as to whether Real Madrid are willing to part with one of their more influential players.
