Three Lions captain Steven Gerrard made a fool out of a journalist today, who for some reason, asked the legendary Liverpool man whether he thought he could play alongside Frank Lampard in England’s midfield.
As well as the fact that the media have been asking this tedious question for well over a decade now, Lampard has very little chance of starting for England at the World Cup, although the asking journalist clearly isn’t aware of this.
“Are we not bored of that one yet…?” Gerrard quipped, upon being asked about his relationship with the soon to be released Chelsea star…
