How to pick up 9/2 on Carl Froch (was 8/11) or 5/1 on George Groves (was 11/8):
The popular firm reports that their offer is open for a limited time only, as the nation is gripped by another potential explosive clash tonight.
Its set to be one of the biggest fights of this century as George Groves and Carl Froch once again take the stage, this time moving from Manchester to a sell out at Wembley in front of 80,000 fans.
The fight is scheduled for around 10pm, with the boxers walking on at around 9.45pm.
Boxing and sports fans will be frothing at the mouth at the prospect of another epic encounter, after the first bout was controversially stopped in the the 9th round, with Carl Froch eventually emerging victorious after being knock down in the opening round.
It was a controversial end to a surprisingly sluggish performance from Nottingham based Carl Froch, who looked outclassed in the opening six rounds as Londonder Groves looked to be ahead on points.
With referee Howard Foster stepping in to protect Groves from a flurry of punches from ‘The Cobra’ there were plenty of spectators and fans unhappy with the final outcome, and now, at Wembley tonight we have another chance to take in another epic battle.
The Cobra has since admitted since that he took the challenge of Londoner Groves too lightly and underestimated his credentials first tme around, but this time around experience could tell.
Both boxers have impressive records, with Froch fighting 32 times, losing only twice with 23KO’s, while George Groves has fought 20 times and only defeated once – against Froch last November.
So where do we think the fight will be won?
It was apparent that after his first round knock down of Froch the Londoner Groves probably fought the best fight of his life, but the bottom line was he simply could not put the Cobra away.
Despite wining the first six rounds on points the stamina and experience of Froch came to the fore, getting stronger in the latter stages of the fight, and this fight could find a similar pattern.
Of course, if Froch once again walks into a George Groves howitzer it could be an entirely different outcome.
We’re taking advantage of Paddy Power’s offer though & going for Froch at 9/2 – a massive price – and we suggest you do the same. For those looking for more free bets and offers you can read more here.
Value seekers will also be looking at the 5/1 on Groves – a truly monumental price all things considered – just make sure you take advantage – these odds do not come along very often!
