The players coming in and out of the Emirates this summer.
The 2013/14 season ended up being positive for Arsenal after qualifying for the Champions League for a 17th successive year and ending what was approaching a nine-year trophy drought by winning the FA Cup.
However, after topping the Premier League for more days than any other side, finishing fourth is seen as something of a disappointment by many and improvements are needed over the summer as a result.
So here are five players we expect manager Arsene Wenger to sign and five we expect him to let go before the 2014/15 campaign starts.
Players out:
Mikel Arteta
Despite having been such a reliable presence for both the Gunners and Everton before them, last term was a difficult one for Arteta in which the Spaniard struggled to adapt to a more deeplying role.
With Wenger having a number of options in attacking midfield there isn’t room for the 32-year-old as well and we expect him to be replaced.
