England manager prepares for Azzurri with Italian feast.
Roy Hodgson was spotted at Italian eatery A Cena ahead of the Three Lions trip to Brazil.
The England manager visited the popular south west London restaurant weeks before leading his team to Manaus to face Italy in their opening group match of Brazil 2014.
England are due to kick off against Pirlo, Balotelli and co in unfamiliar conditions this evening at Arena da Amazonia, kick off 11pm UK time, and though expectations are high no doubt Roy Hodgson will be happy to come out of the game with a point.
Danny Welbeck has been passed fit for the encounter and the only member of Hodgson’s 23 man party who is not available if Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Italy on the other hand have something of a pickle on their hands with keeper Gianluca Buffon out of contention whilst back-up custodian Salvatore Sirigu is also struggling to be fit for tonight’s fixture.
