Levante goalkeeper Keylor Navas had a great game as his national side Costa Rica pulled off a surprise 3-1 win over Uruguay in World Cup Group D.
The 27-year-old has attracted interest from big names such as Liverpool and Barcelona in recent months after his starring displays in La Liga this season, and he showed great awareness here to get back and prevent a dipping deflected effort from Uruguay’s Diego Forlan.
The striker’s shot looked certain to be heading in before Navas’ intervention, and he will have plenty more suitors if he can continue to impress at this summer’s tournament in Brazil.
