Two Premier League targets set to switch clubs.Chelsea and Manchester United look set to miss out as Roma and Borussia Dortmund prepare a swap deal involving Adem Ljajic and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to Football Italia.

The two players only moved to their respective clubs last summer, but appear to be surplus to requirements at the moment after slightly inconsistent seasons, though Dortmund had previously stated that they would not be willing to sell Aubameyang.

The Gabon international has been linked with Premier League sides before, and recent reports claim that Chelsea and Newcastle United could be on alert for him again this summer after Dortmund had changed their stance on the player, who scored 14 goals in his first season in Germany.

Still, Roma are also keen on the 24-year-old and are prepared to offer Dortmund the chance to sign one of their targets, Serbian winger Ljajic, as part of a deal that would see their player make the move to the Stadio Olimpico.

Both clubs appear keen to push this deal through, with Manchester United target Ljajic not managing to find his best form with Roma since making the move from Fiorentina last summer, after establishing himself as one of the best young players in the Italian top flight.
