Milan striker tweets special request.AC Milan and Italy striker Mario Balotelli tweeted last night that he wants a kiss from the Queen if his side can beat Costa Rica and keep England’s World Cup hopes alive in tonight’s game.

With England losing 2-1 to Uruguay on Thursday, their only hope of progressing to the knockout stages of this year’s competition is if Italy can win both of their remaining two games.

Balotelli and co. come up against Costa Rica this evening, and the former Manchester City man clearly feels he deserves a special thank you from England if he can play some part towards keeping them in the World Cup.

Balotelli, who scored the winning goal in the first Group D game between Italy and England, is well known for his eccentric personality as well as his tremendous footballing ability, and it could well be that his form for the Azzurri will be crucial for the Three Lions in the next couple of games.

The 23-year-old could also be heading back to the Premier League this summer, with speculation increasing that Arsenal are interested in snapping him up.
