After Luis Suarez tweeted an apology to Giorgio Chiellini earlier on today, the Italian defender appears happy to put the incident in the past and allow the two to move on.
The Juventus defender tweeted a reply himself, saying that he is happy to accept the Uruguayan’s apology and also said that he hopes FIFA reduce the four-month suspension given to the Liverpool forward after he was found guilty of a third biting incident in his career.
.@luis16suarez It’s all forgotten. I hope FIFA will reduce your suspension.
