The Gunners are being linked with some of the world’s biggest names this summer, but that hasn’t stopped their extensive scouting network from going a little further to uncover some fresh young talent from mainland Europe.
The 18-year-old has spent much of the last season on loan at Monaco from Jupiler League giants Anderlecht, and according to two prominent Belgian journalists, Kristof Terreur and Sven Claes, the Gunners are close to agreeing a €1.5m fee for the striker.
