Brazil is a nation in shock right now, after the national team’s undoubted superstar Neymar was ruled out of the rest of the 2014 FIFA World Cup with a serious back injury.
The Barcelona forward has not been short of well-wishers, including those in the highest places – Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff sent her regards to the “warrior” of the Selecao, the translation of which can be seen below:
