Arsenal owned playmaker Mesut Ozil was at his creative best against Brazil in the World Cup semi-final, helping his side put the host nation to the sword 7-1.
The 25-year-old showed his class afterwards however, by tweeting the fans of Brazil – thanking them for their hospitality, and promising them that their pride should not ruined as a result of the game.
Ozil is expected to play a big role in the World Cup final – which would be Germany’s victory first since 1990 if they’re successful.
