Chelsea are to make a £7m offer for highly rated PSG teenager Adrian Rabiot according to the Metro.

The Stamford Bridge side are looking to make the most of the fact that the French Under 21 international has turned down the offer of a new contract with his Ligue 1 side, indicating that the rangy midfielder may be ready to leave the Parc des Princes.
The youngster has shown great potential when called upon by PSG but seemingly he see his future elsewhere and could perhaps be open to a move to the Premier League with Arsenal also said to be keen on the starlet.
Rabiot has great passing ability and is an excellent distributor of the ball and racked up 34 appearances for Laurent Blanc’s side last term.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho may be keen on re-shuffling his midfield pack and having sold David Luiz to PSG and brought in Cesc Fabregas in from Barcelona the Portuguese manager may well look to bring in further youthful additions as he plans for the long term.
Rabiot may however be reticent about moving from PSG to the west London side with both sides filled with world-class talent that could perhaps stand in the way of a regular spot in either club’s starting eleven.
