Liverpool And Tottenham Target Still Up For Grabs Despite Offer From Another Premier League Clunb

West Ham have to match release clause to land Konoplyanka.

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur could still sign Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka as West Ham United have not yet offered enough of a transfer fee to prise away the 24-year old, reports ESPN.

The Hammers have been urged to up their €12 million bid to around €15 million in order to activate the winger’s release clause, if they wish to sign him up.

This situation gives hope to both Liverpool and Tottenham as they could still return for the Ukraine international later in the summer.

Konoplyanka was extensively linked with both the Reds and Spurs this January, and although he was close to a Premier League switch, a move did not materialise.

Manchester United too have been linked with a move for Konoplyanka, who is known to possess excellent technical ability on the ball and could play on either wing as well as in a No.10 role.

The Ukrainian has eight goals in 36 international appearances for his country and impressed against England in the World Cup qualifiers last year.
