FC Barcelona have announced the shirt number for Luis Suarez after confirming a deal to bring the Uruguayan to Camp Nou from Liverpool.
The striker, who will cost Barca €81 million (approximately £64.3m) according to Spanish journalist Guillem Balague, will be the Catalan club’s new number nine – as can be seen on the video below.
He joins an illustrious list of previous Barcelona number nines, including (the Brazilian great) Ronaldo, Patrick Kluivert, Samuel Eto’o, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and new Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez.
