Though Barcelona have completed the £75m capture of Luis Suarez Nou Camp boss Luis Enrique is seemingly still keen on spending further funds on improving his squad with Spanish source Sport claiming the La Liga side are tracking three big money additions.

Having brought in Uruguayan forward Suarez to boost the club’s attack Enrique will now look to strengthen the club’s woefully slim defensive options with PSG youngster Marquinhos continuing to be a major Barcelona target.

Having signed David Luiz from Chelsea the Ligue 1 side may perhaps be open to offers for 20 year old Brazilian Marquinhos with this source claiming the Parc des Princes side ready to accept €40m (£31m)

Another defensive target is Valencia’s Jeremy Mathieu who is available for a cheaper €20m (£15.5m) which would trigger the 30 year old’s release clause.

Barcelona are also pursuing Colombian attacker Juan Cuadrado who has greatly impressed over the past 18 months, performing well for Fiorentina and netting 15 goals in all competitions as well as providing a host of assists before putting on excellent displays at the World Cup finals.

The 27 year old won’t come cheap with Cuadrado’s Serie A employers demanding a whopping €50m (£39m) for his services, with the former Udinese man said to be keen on a move to Barcelona.
