The Serie A title holders will offer £20m for the Brazilian international as they prepare for the exit of Chilean Arturo Vidal who is said to be set for a move to Man United.
Juventus are apparently confident that they can land the 25 year old though White Hart Lane chairman is apparently looking to secure a fee of more than £25m for the former Corinthians man who only moved to north London last summer.
New Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino will be loathed to lose Paulinho, who had a decent first season in the English top tier, and though the player has apparently declared his intention to remain at the club he could be tempted by a move to Turin.
Tottenham paid £17m for Paulinho last July and netted eight goals in 37 appearances in 2013/14.
