Bayern Munich midfielder has confirmed he will move to Real Madrid this summer according to Sky Sports.

The 24 year old has been strongly linked with an Allianz Arena for some months and it now appears he is set to move to Spanish giants Real Madrid with the World Cup winner stating that such a move is something of a dream come true.

“We’ve finished the World Cup in the best way possible. Now I’m going to Madrid, so that’s two dreams achieved,”

Kroos had been in ongoing contractual discussions with his Bavarian employers for some months, hoping for a big pay-rise to see him earn the same as team-mates Philipp Lahm and Franck Ribery, and now within a year of the end of his current deal it appears Bayern Munich have elected to cash in on the midfielder.

Toni Kroos moved to Bayern Munich from Hansa Rostock as a 16 year old and has racked up 176 appearances for the Bundesliga giants and also performed excellently during Germany’s path to World Cup success this summer.
